🗓️ Care Calendar Builder

Build your own reminder schedule — medications, catheterization, bowel program, pressure relief, stretches, appointments — then add it to the calendar on your phone or computer. It's free, and everything is created right in your browser: nothing you type is sent anywhere or saved.

Before you rely on this: a calendar is great for seeing your routine, but phone alerts from imported calendars aren't guaranteed — and a missed reminder for a critical medication matters. For doses you can't miss, also use your phone's built-in alarms or a dedicated medication app (for example, the iPhone Health app's Medications feature). This tool is educational and is not medical advice.
Add a reminder from a template (everything is editable)

How to add it to your phone

The download path keeps your alerts the most reliable, because the events become normal entries in your own calendar.

iPhone / iPad

Tap Download, then open the downloaded .ics file (it may open automatically, or find it in the Files app or your Downloads). Tap it, choose a calendar, and tap Add All. To make sure alerts sound, check Settings → Apps → Calendar → Default Alert Times, and keep your phone's notifications on.

Android / Google Calendar

Easiest on a computer: go to calendar.google.com → gear icon → Settings → Import & export → Import, choose the downloaded .ics file, and pick which calendar to add it to. It will then sync to your phone.

Need to change your schedule later? Just rebuild here and import again — matching reminders update rather than duplicate.
